Return Policy
Uplandgifts.com offers a No-Hassle return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase from Uplandgifts, you are at liberty to return new and unopened items (including their accessories) in the original packaging within 30 days of receiving your item. If you do decide to return your purchase, you must contact us for a return authorization.
When returning an item purchased from Uplandgifts.com, please be sure that all of the merchandise is in its original packaging and still has the manufacturer tags and identification stickers attached. Before returning the item you must contact us for a return authorization. All returns must be insured and the postage pre-paid. Please include a copy of your Uplandgifts.com invoice or packing slip with your return.
Uplandgifts.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 10% for items that are returned not in accordance with the No-Hassle return policy including but not limited to non-defective merchandise. Items returned that were processed through the normal course of business are subject to the stated restocking fee.
Defective Merchandise
Obviously, we hope that none of our merchandise is ever defective, but things do happen. In that case, any merchandise found to be defective is covered under the manufacturer's warranty and may be returned directly to the manufacturer under their policy. The Customer Service staff at Uplandgiftswill be happy to assist you in contacting the manufacturer for any defective merchandise. Please contact us to receive assistance BEFORE returning your item.
