Return Merchandise Authorization
We will be glad to offer you a replacement or a refund in the form of the original payment method. Please note, in case of shipping damage, an insurance claim has to be finalized by the carrier before we are able to issue compensation or product replacement. Please keep the damaged item in case the carrier would like to examine it.

If you have received an incorrect item or you have not received your item at all please use our RMA request form to notify us of such issues. If we shipped an incorrect item, we will pay the shipping cost for a return.
Defective products are covered by manufacturer warranty. In the case that the manufacturer is unable to provide resolution, Upland Gifts will replace the defective item. Upland Gifts will also pay for the return shipment of these items.
All standard returns must be in new condition with all of the original packaging/manuals. Upon receipt of such returns our warehouse will inspect the condition of the items before refunding. All items returned for this reason are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
